Well, we are still under some restrictions as we struggle to end the pandemic. I finally finished the “Tsaya” painting of the Nigerian hands in protest of abduction and then cleaned my studio. I have so many ideas but I am having trouble focusing on what to do next. When this happens, it is best for me to do something mundane and repetitive, so, I’ve returned to a fun project of rolling magazine pages into thin tubes that I later arrange by colors into works of art! It is fun and rewarding. I will see how long I stick with it until one of the other ideas take over the studio.
