Untitled Order

This work of art took eight years to make.  Filler threads were removed from a United States flag and military uniform and wound into a globe. Warp threads historically remain. Red warps of the flag are weighted down by multiple Chinese coins. The sleeves of the uniform are in tack and hold the globe of remnants. This piece illustrates the sacrifice of war and the haunting remains.
