Womb

A wall installation of three different colored velvet dresses with wooden hangers that are hung from large railroad nails. Single threads are pulled out from the hems of the dresses to release the cut fabric piles that fall to the floor on a white surface.  The removed threads are hung on a nail until they are knitted into a new composition. Still in process.
