We live in an age of constant motion and yet it’s as though everything happening is in a state of constant suspension. Feelings of distance mark our lives as isolation grows and the pain of racial injustice fills our streets and our minds. Healthy rhythms of life that we all enjoyed seem distant as we now grapple with the world around us.
